They Came to Sollandheim
The Bouncing Boddice
This large sordid establishment exists on the outskirts of town. The sign hanging above the over-worn door depicts a rather buxom corset carved from a solid chunk of oak and painted over in gawdy colors. The establishment has a well stocked bar with many serving tables, but drinking serves a secondary purpose here. The Bouncing Boddice is an establishment for die-hard gamblers and lonely men. Each of the seven serving girls doubles as a performer during the evenings entertainment, and after closing time it is rumored that it is possible that a room can be rented for more private entertainment.
The head of the establishment, Freiderich Pinwand, is a surprisingly egalitarian man. Easy to talk to and more than willing to listen, Freiderich is only quick to anger when patrons ask too much from the girls he has on staff. In his mind, the girls make all the decisions as to what they are willing to tolerate, he’s just content passing out the drinks, making idle bets, and making sure that patrons know when they’ve overstepped their bounds.
